Join us to help someone overcome homelessness
As of October 23rd, the event has been sold out. No more tickets are available.
However, donations are still greatly appreciated.
Your support will allow SSPADS to provide emergency shelter, housing and supportive services benefitting homeless people located in the south suburbs of Chicago:
- A $5,000 sponsorship could provide shelter, housing or services for 4 people for a month;
- A $2,500 sponsorship could provide shelter, housing or services for 2 people for a month;
- A $1,000 sponsorship could provide shelter, housing or services for someone for a month; and
- A $500 sponsorship could provide shelter, housing or services for someone for two weeks.
Thanks to an anonymous foundation, your gift can also help secure matching funds.
Your gift will help people like Travyion.At the age of 17, Travyion’s mother passed away and he found himself homeless. He survived by living on friends’ sofas, on the streets and even in a tent. Thankfully, supporters like you made it possible for him to obtain emergency shelter and later an affordable apartment through South Suburban PADS. With further assistance, he has started a new job and is working to achieve his financial goals.
